The Process of Pipe Relining

Technicians working with trenchless machine
    1.Clean existing pipe with industrial grade equipment to remove all silt and roots from inner pipe walls.
    2.Televise the pipe allowing for service technicians to measure pipe and detect problem areas.
    3.Measure and cut liner to length.
    4.Fill liner with resin and load into inversion system.
    5.The liner is placed in the pipe using an air inversion system.
    6.Insert the calibrator and allow system to regulate the curing process using air pressure.
    7.The curing process with take on average three hours.
    8.Remove calibrator, open lateral, and your line is ready to be used!
